Hospitality Liaison

Coordinate lobby operations and guest service activities supporting patient and family centered care. Monitor overall service delivery in entrance areas, identify operations needing improvement, and collaborate with support departments like maintenance and security. Convey strategic messages to patients, families, and staff while providing sensitive, culturally diverse assistance in stressful situations. Respond quickly to requests for non-clinical information and assist discharged patients leaving the facility. Ensure availability of wheelchair services for incoming and outgoing visitors. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and full-time employment.
