Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership role focused on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift within Urban Plates' fast-casual/fresh-food environment. The position aims to grow team members into management, with responsibilities centered on maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading frontline staff. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus tips, with opportunities for advancement and access to training and leadership development programs; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) where applicable, and paid time off. The schedule can be full-time or part-time, with an emphasis on guest service, teamwork, and a positive, customer-focused culture.
