Hospitality Lead

The Hospitality Lead is an entry-level leadership role focused on delivering excellent guest experiences on every shift and upholding the Urban Plates Vibe. The role entails leading Team Members to ensure consistent service in a fast-c casual to fast-fine restaurant environment, maintaining quality standards for food and service, facilitating onboarding and cross-training, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture. Key duties include guiding front-of-house operations, supporting training and development, encouraging teamwork, communicating effectively with guests and staff, and helping drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position offers guaranteed hourly base plus tips, with opportunities for advancement and participation in a company-wide recognition program and training initiatives.
