Job Summary
Franchise Feasibility & Investments Manager responsible for investment analysis, market and asset evaluations, contract/value pipeline valuation, and monthly reporting to support enterprise-wide management decisions. Leads deal value analysis, applies NPV/IRR/DCF techniques, develops financial projections, and partners with cross-functional teams (Franchise Development, Franchise Operations, Finance, and Executive Management) to ensure strategic and financial fit for hotel franchise projects. Builds analytics tools in collaboration with BI; communicates complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders; supports ad-hoc strategic projects and management-level documents. Requires 4–7 years of financial analysis and real estate feasibility experience, Bachelor's in a related field, and advanced Excel skills; Tableau and SQL experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or equivalent years of experience
- Four to seven (4 to 7) years with financial analysis, modeling, real estate feasibility and/or investment analysis experience
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
