Job Summary
Stock inventory, manage employee check-ins and POS systems, and perform station setup/breakdown across Concessions, Premium, Customer Service, Culinary, Merchandise, and Office departments. Assist with special events, compile survey results in Excel, and learn culinary basics including recipes, knife handling, and food safety protocols. Work closely with the Director of Operations and department managers while completing required safety training. Rotate through all assigned areas as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- All applicants are subject to a criminal background check and drug test
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Desired Qualifications
- Junior or Senior in College Preferred
- Interest in pursuing career in sports and entertainment/food and beverage industry is preferred
- Self-motivated, creative, eager to learn, strong attention to detail
- Creative, able to work independently
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
