Job Summary
Provide thorough cleaning within a senior living care community, including resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; prepare rooms for new occupants and ensure they are tour-ready; maintain resident privacy and a safe, clean environment; perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, dusting, sanitizing, waste disposal, and disinfection; collaborate with team to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and daily life; demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and strong customer service; must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Check for Alberta)
- Ability to pass prescribed background checks as part of hiring process
