Job Summary
Monitor access to VIP Lounges, greet guests in a positive manner, verify IDs for lounge access, log guest entries, resolve service issues on the gaming floor, create Players Club accounts and explain programs, reissue cards for existing accounts, refer guests to Executive Hosts or Player Development, offer comps and event tickets, and upsell per department policies. Maintain visibility on the casino floor and lounges, communicate guest feedback to management, protect confidential information, and adhere to marketing programs and procedures. Requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; ability to interact professionally with the public; knowledge of comping/rating guidelines and Mohegan Sun policies; familiarity with ACSC, SharePoint, FPR, and related systems; willingness to work varied shifts and flexible hours. Native American Preference in hiring.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a high volume casino, hospitality environment or previous customer service experience
