Job Summary
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide information about bowling services, arcade games, and redemption options, and respond to inquiries promptly. Monitor bowling lanes and arcade machines for functionality, verify points using the redemption system, and assist with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and scoring. Maintain cleanliness across theaters, restrooms, and game areas, manage inventory levels for supplies and prizes, and enforce safety protocols by addressing unsafe behaviors and reporting incidents. Ensure guests have valid tickets, direct them to seating, and assist with lost and found items while managing guest lines for orderly flow. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Hospitality-minded attitude
- friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
- Possess basic math skills to comprehend proper handling of transactions
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
