Job Summary

The role involves recruiting and training property-level leadership, conducting site visits for quality assurance, and serving as a taskforce leader in challenging situations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hotel extended-stay management at the regional or multi-property level
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Understanding of extended-stay guest needs and operational models
- Demonstrated success in opening new properties and leading pre-opening processes
- Guest focused and service oriented
- Ability to travel frequently
