Job Summary
Plan and execute wine tastings, tours, and private events while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Oversee event logistics, staffing, and guest services to ensure smooth operations and seamless day-to-day execution. Track performance metrics, collect guest feedback, and establish monthly sales targets to drive business growth and brand visibility. Train a team on Standard Operating Procedures, enforce attendance regulations, and facilitate collaboration across locations. Serve as the liaison between ownership and the events department, ensuring all coordinators submit weekly recaps.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends and during events
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, or tourism management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Tech savvy

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with hospitality, wine, spirits, or culinary industries is preferred
- Experience using Tock, 7shifts, Triple seat, and Asana preferred
