Job Summary
Hospitality Event Staff for Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking admissions, and answering questions at various hospitality locations on race day. Must work well in a team, attend pre-event training, and be available for extended hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and outdoor/indoor environments. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 25lbs; a positive demeanor focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential. Required Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to take direction and follow through with assigned responsibilities
- Must be able to attend and participate in all pre-event training sessions and all assigned event days
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including early mornings, late nights, weekends and indoor/outdoor environments when required
- Must be punctual, dependable, able to stand for periods of time, walk long distances, ability to lift up to 25lbs
