Job Summary
Lead operations and P&L for the NeueHouse Madison Square location as House Director (Director of Operations). Oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning Membership & Event Sales, Membership Experience, Event Operations, Food & Beverage Programs, AV Production, and Facilities to deliver elevated hospitality and cultural programming. Drive commercial performance through pricing, occupancy management, and integrated revenue initiatives across membership, meetings & events, and multi-outlet F&B, while ensuring world-class guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. Provide executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and long-term strategic growth for a landmark venue. Requires 7+ years of senior leadership experience in related fields, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in event venue management, membership, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong operational expertise in event logistics, food & beverage programs, and technical production
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, membership and event-driven environment
- Proficiency with budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support event operations
