Job Summary
Oversee all administrative, operational, and hospitality functions for Redemption Church, ensuring environments including Green Rooms, VIP areas, and kitchens are maintained with excellence. Lead the Hospitality Department by managing budgets, coordinating catering and décor for Sunday services, conferences, and special events, and maintaining vendor relationships for compliance. Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers while overseeing daily operations, inventory, and staff meetings. Collaborate with the Special Events Department and executive leadership to support ministries, pastors, and guests with seamless hospitality arrangements.
