Job Summary
Hospitality Coordinator-Coffee Team at Ada Bible Church (Cascade campus) is a part-time role responsible for organizing and leading hospitality volunteers, recruiting/training volunteers, coaching team leads, managing volunteer rotations and schedules, ensuring Coffee Team volunteers have tools/resources, coordinating hospitality for weekend services/events, managing coffee bar inventory, and collaborating with other ministries to enhance guest experiences. The role emphasizes relational hospitality, volunteer development, and strong communication, with weekend availability and campus-specific responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work most weekends and a couple days during the week
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop volunteers
- Clear communicator (verbal and written)
- Organized, efficient, and attentive to details
- Committed Christian with thriving relationship with Jesus
