Job Summary
Hospitality Coordinator responsible for ensuring safe and high quality catering services across the home, effectively leading and managing the hospitality team, and contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the General Manager, duties include staff management (performance management and mentoring), auditing/accreditation activities, budget management, and knowledge of kitchen processes, WHS practices, and online ordering of food/products. Requires Cert III in hospitality, supervisory experience, Basic Food Safety Practices, and working rights in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III in hospitality related field
- Hospitality supervisory experience
- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid working rights in Australia
