Job Summary
Hospitality Concierge at EverVella responsible for delivering an elevated service experience to residents, families, and guests; conducts individualized tours for prospective residents, supports admissions and transitions into the community, coordinates resident requests and personalized accommodations, and collaborates with clinical and operational teams to enhance the resident experience. Must maintain warmth, professionalism, dignity, and discretion, with strong communication and empathy. The role emphasizes serving as an ambassador of the EverVella experience, creating meaningful moments, and ensuring every interaction reflects hospitality excellence. Preferred education is a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer relations, healthcare, senior living, admissions, luxury service, or related field beneficial but not mandatory
