Job Summary
Hospitality Butler/House Manager for an executive couple. The role oversees all aspects of a beautifully run home across multiple properties (Palm Desert, the Hamptons, and Delaware), including vendor coordination, serving, laundry, light cleaning, admin and tech support, and pet care for two dogs and four cats. Requires hands-on maintenance, travel between properties, opening/prepping homes ahead of arrivals, and ensuring guest-ready standards year-round. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm with flexibility; compensation is $120K–$150K with benefits. The ideal candidate is loyal, resourceful, discreet, highly professional, and capable of managing household operations across locations while maintaining a high Martha-factor attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Hospitality Butler/House Manager
- Strong organizational and vendor-management skills
- Pet-care experience with animals (dogs and cats)
- Discretion and professionalism
- Ability to travel between properties and manage household operations
- Administrative and tech support experience
- Driver’s license and safe driving record (implied by travel with principals)
