Job Summary
Welcome guests in the breakfast and lobby areas; assist with the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line; prepare specified food items at the breakfast bar and replenish as needed while serving guests courteously and efficiently in accordance with departmental quality standards. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments, observe house and safety rules, food handling procedures, and security procedures, assist with inventories as scheduled, and follow the maintenance program and cleaning schedule. The role involves interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction and may require weekend/holiday shifts; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Food safety certification preferred
