Hospitality Attdnt/COOK EVENING DINNER 5PM-11PM

Set up hospitality areas before service by arranging tables, chairs, and settings. Greet guests and serve food and beverages while adhering to alcohol awareness and serving regulations. Clear tables and reset them for new guests, completing assigned side work and related cleaning duties throughout the evening. Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area in compliance with brand standards and local regulations. Requires extended standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Evening shift runs from 5 PM to 11 PM.
