Welcome guests, handle check-ins, and address immediate needs or special requests as the first point of contact. Maintain common areas like coffee stations, perform quality checks using the 'Safety Culture' tool, and prepare for arrivals while organizing guest engagement events. Resolve live guest issues regarding cleanliness or technical challenges via the 'Breezeway' Task Management Tool and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Communicate seamlessly with the remote Guest Experience team through Slack and Kustomer to swiftly address emergencies such as lockouts. This part-time role at Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago offers flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $20.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in guest service roles
- A strong affinity for technology
- Previous experience in tech-related tasks
- Availability for varied shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Access to reliable transportation
- Comfortable with lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Skilled in maintaining composure and a positive outlook in challenging or high-stress situations
