Hospitality Associate

Greet patients, families, and guests promptly with a warm reception and provide way-finding assistance throughout the hospital. Conduct bedside rounding to resolve issues, locate wheelchairs and scooters, and maintain clean, tidy entrances and lobbies. Perform service recovery for unhappy guests, manage Lost and Found functions, and coordinate event planning for patient celebrations. Liaise between clinical staff and patient companions in surgical and emergency units while directing volunteer staff. Maintain proper traffic controls at entrances and collaborate with Security and Valet teams as needed.
