Hospitality Assistants

Hospitality Assistants at Castlewood care home will prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages to residents, support them during mealtimes, and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas in line with food hygiene standards. You’ll respect dietary requirements, allergies, cultural preferences, and nutritional needs; monitor residents’ intake and wellbeing; follow food hygiene, infection prevention, and health-and-safety procedures; and assist with special occasions and events. Bring strong organisational skills, a team spirit, and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience that supports residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. The role is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, within the Eric Wright Group’s Castlewood home, with DBS/checks and right-to-work verification possibly required.
