Job Summary
Ensure clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs are available for guests while maintaining presentation standards. Polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery, prepare food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces, and serve customers with a genuine, positive demeanour. Clear tables throughout events and work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages. Assist with ordering and deliveries, prepare hospitality requirements, and ensure hired linen and equipment are counted and packed away after events. Work without supervision, taking initiative over duties and tasks. Mostly Monday to Friday; flexible hours. Salary £14.85 to £17 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed
- To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour
- All service should be efficient and of the highest quality
- To work on licenced bars serving alcoholic beverages
- To be able to use coffee machines
- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
