Job Summary
Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to members and guests across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Support table service, bar service, and event operations while assisting with setup, resetting, and opening/closing duties. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product knowledge, ensuring all service stations remain stocked and health, safety, and licensing procedures are followed. Collaborate with front of house, kitchen, and events teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during busy periods. Report maintenance issues promptly and adapt confidently between different service styles.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within hospitality, restaurant, bar or events environments
- Good all-round understanding of hospitality operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied environment
- Interest in developing skills within a private members club setting
