Hospitality Assistant - Part-time

Provide food, beverage and retail services to RVG standards, maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, and deliver a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors. Assist with enquiries, issues, and complaints, collaborate with the village team to deliver high-quality service, contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and processes, support achievement of food and beverage revenue targets, and maintain/expand personal skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
