Job Summary
Meet and greet guests on arrival, support the kitchen team with mise-en-place and table setup, and serve beverages and refreshments in the dining area. Maintain stock levels of consumables, check cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms, and ensure the reception remains tidy and clutter-free. Respond to client queries, answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and monitor guests via the CCTV and door entry system. Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and provide ad hoc support as required by the business. Working variable hours on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application
- Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process
- Working variable hours (on a rota basis) to suit business needs, including evenings and weekends
