Job Summary
Hospitality and Tours Supervisor leading a team of approximately 5-10 on event days and during arena-wide tours, with a focus on onsite Social Club (Sound Vault) operations. Responsibilities include pre-event briefings, proper setup of spaces and devices, delivering seamless guest experiences, assigning positions, coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring show-ready Premium spaces, scheduling breaks, producing nightly reports with guest and staff notes, resolving escalated guest and staff concerns, assisting with guest seating and minor disruptions, supporting the manager on duty during events and tours, acting as event lead for private events or tours, enforcing arena policies, assisting with staff discipline and training/recruiting events, coordinating with internal departments and vendors, and supervising staff under a union contract. Compensation is $29.16/hour with overtime eligibility; role requires 50% monthly event availability and 50% social-club event participation; must be 18+ and able to work flexible schedules including weekends/nights/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50% monthly event availability (subject to change); must work at least one event per month unless otherwise approved
- Available for at least 50% of the events that our social club membership is active (for all concert, comedy and family events as determined)
- Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coach and motivate others while building positive relationships
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a creative problem solver who can identify solutions and address both employee and guest concerns efficiently and professionally while remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of premium and concierge service principles
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service-based industry; Possess prior experience in managing or supervising staff; Previous experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field; Previous experience as a tour guide, public speaker, or actor/performer.
