Job Summary
Hospitality Supervisors lead day-of-event teams and arena tours to deliver safe, memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include pre-event briefings for a team, setting up and maintaining spaces and technical devices, assigning positions, coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring Premium spaces are show-ready, scheduling breaks, completing nightly guest/staff issue reports, resolving escalated guest and staff concerns, supporting the manager on duty during events and tours, serving as event lead for private events or tours, enforcing arena policies, assisting with staff discipline and training/recruiting events, and coordinating with in-house and third-party departments to facilitate guest requests and services. Strong emphasis on coaching, guest service excellence, problem solving, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50% monthly event availability (subject to change); must work at least one event per month unless otherwise approved.
- Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coach and motivate others while building positive relationships
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a creative problem solver who can identify solutions and address both employee and guest concerns efficiently and professionally while remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of premium and concierge service principles
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
