Job Summary
Negotiate contract terms, prepare agreements, and evaluate bids for boutique luxury hoteliers while researching current regulations and emerging industry trends. Identify new prospects, develop client relationships, and manage strategic partnerships to grow the hotel portfolio. Assist in contract implementation, track proposal components, and summarize call notes to enter deals into CRM systems. Gather competitor data, create business processes, and prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership. Articulate recommendations to executives and resolve client concerns professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- 1-3 year post-undergrad professional experience
