Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the parking facility with a warm smile, assist them in finding suitable spots, and provide clear instructions on parking regulations. Monitor the premises for safety, report suspicious activities, and offer hospitality by answering questions, addressing concerns, and performing minor cleaning tasks. Actively make someone's day through small gestures like providing umbrellas or helping carry packages, and organize occasional events to create a fun atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm creative ideas for guest delight, listen to feedback to improve the experience, and offer local recommendations. Work Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2 pm with flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be atleast 18 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to walk, stand, and perform light cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a genuine desire to assist guests
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with parking equipment (e.g., ticket machines, garage gates, payment systems) is an advantage
