Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) and monitor vital signs; support safe transfers and mobility (beds to wheelchairs); serve meals; maintain hygiene and confidentiality per HIPAA; provide empathetic, individualized patient support and engage with patients; assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication; respond to significant changes and report to nursing staff; uphold work ethic, integrity, and competence while delivering compassionate care.
