Hospitality Aide

Provide compassionate, non-clinical resident support as a Hospitality Aide. Assist the nursing team with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies, and supporting meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup according to dietary guidelines and safety standards. Encourage resident participation in activities, maintain clean and safe rooms and common areas, assist with laundry as needed, and follow all safety policies. Observe and report concerns to management or nursing staff, and perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations. Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
