Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Provide warm interactions with residents and collaborate closely with CNAs and nurses to share observations and learn care protocols. Enroll in and complete a fully supported Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program with hands-on mentorship to transition into a clinical role. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings. Salary ranges from $15.19 to $17.63 per hour with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to assist with resident movement under supervision

- High school diploma or equivalent
