Job Summary
Provide activities and related services to support the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients under the direction of the assigned LPN/LVN or RN. Contribute to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following center policies and procedures. Part-time day/evening shift available. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in fast-paced healthcare/ post-acute care environments and proficiency with Microsoft products are preferred. Location: Shawano, WI (SNF)
