Job Summary
Assist residents with comfort needs and non-hands-on support; respond to call lights and resident requests; pass ice, water, snacks, linens, and meal trays; make beds and organize resident rooms; transport residents to activities, dining, and appointments; monitor smoking areas and maintain logs; support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes; maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment; assist with resident activities and social engagement; communicate resident concerns to nursing staff; collaborate with the nursing team to help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents.
