Hospitality Aide

Provide non-clinical support to residents, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies; assist with meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards; help maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas; assist with resident laundry; observe and report safety concerns or conditions requiring management or nursing attention; support nursing services and resident activities as needed; demonstrate clear communication, dependability, organization, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
