Job Summary
Hospitality Aide responsible for non-direct care tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, including passing ice, bed making, and distributing meal trays to residents who can feed themselves; perform duties such as organizing personal items, assisting with dining areas, transporting wheelchair-bound residents, responding to call lights, and providing 1:1 attention to cognitively impaired residents while upholding Life Care standards and patient safety. Must maintain professional conduct, follow policies, and communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team; ability to lift up to 35 lbs and read/write/speak English; CPR certification required or obtained during orientation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Lift 35 lbs. floor to waist, 35 lbs. waist to shoulder, lift and carry 35 lbs., and push/pull 35 lbs.
