Job Summary
Hospitality Aide provides non-direct care under licensed nurse supervision, performing tasks such as passing ice, making beds, and distributing meal trays to residents who can feed themselves, while upholding Life Care standards. Duties include organizing residents' belongings and linen, assisting with meal service and dining area cleanliness, transporting wheelchair-bound residents, responding to call lights, delivering mail, and supporting an interdisciplinary team. Requires excellent customer service, ability to read/write/speak English, physical ability to sit/stand/bend/lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, and compliance with confidentiality and company policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification upon hire (must remain current)
- Pass ice, water, and distribute snacks to residents and clean nourishment refrigerator(s) and cart(s)
- Assist with passing and retrieval of meal trays to cognizant residents and assist with cleaning of dining areas after meals
- Lift 35 lbs floor to waist, lift 35 lbs. waist to shoulder, lift and carry 35 lbs., and push/pull 35 lbs.
