Job Summary
Provide compassionate, non-clinical support to residents as a Hospitality Aide. Assist the nursing services with tasks such as bed-making, handing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies; help with meals (preparation, delivery, cleanup) following dietary guidelines; encourage participation in activities and maintain a clean, safe environment. Perform laundry assistance as needed, ensure rooms and common areas are orderly, and observe/report safety concerns or conditions needing management attention. Follow safety policies and procedures and support daily facility operations as needed. Must be reliable, organized, and able to communicate clearly and work well independently or as part of a team.
