Hospitality Aide

Support nursing services with non-clinical tasks including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies. Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines, while maintaining resident rooms and common areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe. Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs, and assist with laundry services as needed. Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, employee responsibilities, and all safety policies. Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention. Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
