Job Summary
The Hospitality Aide provides non-clinical care and services to residents under the Charge Nurse, following an assigned schedule and assisting with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, dining, and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with hair/nail care, hygiene, linen and laundry tasks, responding to call lights, facilitating meals, coordinating with nursing staff, maintaining safety and sanitation, and performing clerical duties. Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds, lift and assist with wheelchairs, clear communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Education preference is a high school diploma or GED; candidate must be at least 16 years old. Location: Pearsall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Pearsall, TX, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred
- Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents
- Ability to complete assignments while having constant interruptions
