Job Summary
Prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Provide estimated budgets supporting client visions while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event to reach annual revenue performance goals. Contact national sales lead sources including the Convention and Visitors Bureau calendar and internet searches. Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date. Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations teams. Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000 and work with Accounts Receivable on all invoicing. Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax. Create Credit Memos when appropriate. Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure and maintain grooming to company standards.
