Job Summary
Conduct focused inpatient care with 5-6 hours of daily rounding, delivering high-quality, compassionate patient outcomes. Manage a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation with no long 12-hour shifts to maintain work-life balance. Maintain an active Virginia medical license and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
