Hospitalist - Physician

Manage care of patients hospitalized with complex acute health problems through initial assessment, follow-up evaluation, and discharge preparation. Obtain pertinent medical and non-medical history, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, manage pharmacological therapies, and consult with diverse specialists. Execute complex medical decision-making while communicating with patient families and coordinating the continuum of care from admission through discharge. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure comprehensive, compassionate patient-centered care across four hospitals.
