Job Summary
Hospitalist program seeking physicians open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with teaching opportunities for residents and medical students. Flexible scheduling (7 days on/7 days off; 9-hour shifts) with potential to expand practice into inpatient rehabilitation, ICU care, telemedicine, and critical access hospitals. Competitive salary ($325k-$400k/year) based on 1.0 FTE with possible bonuses/production-based incentives; benefits include medical/dental, time off, retirement, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy
- BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
- Family Medicine applicants must have 2 years of hospital experience or a fellowship in Hospital Medicine
