Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including 20-22 patients per shift with rapid response and code team support. Manage 18 shifts monthly across open ICU units where NPs handle majority of admits, while maintaining clinical autonomy within a financially sound health system. Work within a Gulf Coast location supported by 13 rural hospitals feeding the facility, utilizing the Cerner EMR system. Receive $305 base pay plus $25K bi-annually based on patient satisfaction and length of stay, alongside $15K sign-on and $10K moving expense. No PTO or visa sponsorship available.
