Job Summary
Hospitalist Pediatrician within the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Albany Medical Center. Inpatient pediatric care and newborn care with responsibilities in pediatric sedation and complex care management. Active teaching of medical students and residents in Pediatrics, Medicine-Pediatrics, and Family Medicine. Academic environment with translational research and diverse pediatric programs. Home to the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Competitive base salary ($205,000-$215,000 for assistant professor) with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO, retirement plan, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or related degree with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
