Job Summary
Manage 18–25 patients across day and night shifts on a 7 on / 7 off schedule with 24-hour rotations. Provide onsite coverage from 7a to 7p with 12 hours of APP support, while serving as on-call for night shifts where experienced APPs manage the floor and house. Work within a 6-bed ICU supported by a Pulmonologist, with procedures optional but beneficial. This role offers a balanced work-life balance in a community hospital setting with strong APP support and full coverage of travel and lodging. Compensation ranges from $2,400 to $2,600 per shift, including malpractice insurance with full tail coverage.
