Hospitalist position at MercyOne with 168 shifts per year, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am/9a-9p, predominantly 7 on/7 off, spanning MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls campuses. Open ICU with Intensivist coverage. Procedures welcome but not mandatory. Compensation includes a $280K salary guarantee, $50K commencement bonus, $15K moving allowance, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life insurance, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, and CME allowance of $6,000/year.
