Job Summary
Hospitalist opportunity at Trinity Health/MercyOne system with 168 shifts per year. Shifts include 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, and 9a-9p, with a predominately 7-on/7-off schedule. Hospitalist services at MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls campuses; Open ICU with Intensivist coverage. Procedures welcome but not mandatory. Compensation includes a $280K salary guarantee, $50K commencement bonus, $15K moving allowance, employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life insurance, two retirement plans, disability options, and CME allowance ($6,000/year).
